Was erwartet dich?
- bist ein unverzichtbares Mitglied im Führungsteam der WMG, in dem wir eng und intensiv zusammenarbeiten. Du hast mit den Bereichsleitungen und Leitungen der Bereiche Marketing, Tourismus und Citymanagement kooperative Mitstreiter, um strategisch durchzustarten.
- bist gut vernetzt und Partner der heimischen Wirtschaft.
- bringst Erfahrungen bei Wirtschaftlichkeitsbetrachtungen zur Entscheidung bei Investitionsvarianten und Marktabfragen-/analysen mit.
- verkörperst Expertise für wirtschaftliche Fragestellungen und koordinierst zwischen Unternehmen, Verwaltung und Politik.
- gibst Entwicklungsimpulse für eine zukunftsweisende Flächenpolitik, auch interkommunal.

- bist eine Führungspersönlichkeit mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung. Du hast Gespür und Empathie und behältst das Ziel im Blick.
- bist kommunikationsstark, kannst Unternehmenskunden betreuen und unterschiedliche Interessen moderieren.
- denkst wie wir: unternehmerisch, selbständig, nachhaltig, digital und agil.
- bringst im besten Fall Kenntnisse aus der kommunalen Verwaltung und Planung mit.
